Gi is for Giseisha
As a continuation of the alphabet exploration through prints, the topic was taken up in Montypes. This is the word Giseisha. Giseisha means victim in Japanese and it depicts an Angel of sorts to represent the tranquil nature of passing away that is hoped for when there is a victim of a tragedy. This angel comes and helps them pass on. It is a peaceful image for an unpeaceful topic. It is printed on flower infused rice paper.
