The first ever cosplay was not actually a cosplay, while this photo does not do it justice, this photo shows an event appropriate costume for the cult classic Rocky Horror Picture Show. It included a hand drawn tattoo, sequined heels, an d Frank make up. This cosplay was actually first put together in 2001 and stand as the longest used Lagomorph Studios costume in existence.
